KUBO Production Update #4 – PCBs Arrived & System Testing Ongoing
We’re back with a new KUBO production update, and this one comes with solid progress across multiple areas.
PCB update
The latest PCB iteration has officially arrived at our warehouse.
We’ve already started testing all the changes introduced in this revision to validate stability, performance, and long-term reliability. As always, we’re running extended tests to ensure everything behaves exactly as expected before moving forward.
Packaging
We had to make a couple of final adjustments to the external packaging.
We’ve now received the first corrected samples of the boxes, and everything looks aligned with our expectations. With that confirmed, we’ve approved them and moved forward with producing the final units.
Software & update system
The KUBO update system is now ready.
We’re currently testing firmware updates to ensure everything runs smoothly while maintaining full compatibility between our previous machine ONE and the new KUBO.
This required careful coordination, but it strengthens the ecosystem and ensures long-term stability across both machines.
Accessories
All accessories are ready and are now waiting for the engraving process, where the logos will be applied.
Plugs & regional versions
We’re currently waiting for the US and UK plugs to be shipped to us. The European version has already been in our warehouse for some time, so once the remaining regional plugs arrive, all regional versions will be fully covered.
Website & customer service
On the web side, we’re implementing a dedicated ticketing system to prevent emails from getting lost as volume increases and to improve overall customer support quality. We’re also building an internal forum dedicated exclusively to users.
Step by step, we’re locking everything in.
More updates soon.
