Warranty Policy

We’re committed to resolving your issue promptly and efficiently.
All our machines come with a 2 year official warranty.

Under warranty:

  1. Initial Contact: We offer support via email, chat, and YouTube videos. If your issue remains unresolved, we’ll arrange a personal video call with one of our representatives.

  2. Multilingual Support: Our support services are available in both English and Spanish.

  3. Repair Process:

    • If the issue can be resolved by you, we’ll provide the necessary parts free of charge.
    • If the problem requires professional repair, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label to return the machine to us. Once repaired, we’ll cover the return shipping costs.
    • There are no charges for parts or labor.
  4. Shipping and Taxes:

    • We cover shipping and taxes for machines located in Europe and the UK.
    • For machines outside these regions, including those relocated from their original country of sale, customers are responsible for shipping and taxes.
  5. Warranty Terms:

    • Our warranty is in addition from consumer rights provided by law.
    • Instances of machine misuse void the warranty, and we reserve the right to cancel the warranty.
    • Repair costs incurred due to machine misuse are not covered under warranty.

Not under warranty:

  • If a repair is needed that you can do, we will sell you the parts and help you make the repair yourself.
  • If you need us to do the repair, you will need to pay for a non-warranty repair
