Over the past few months, we’ve had the opportunity to introduce KUBO to coffee professionals and reviewers across Europe.

Our latest stop took us to Germany, where we visited Marc Heiland, the creator behind the Kaffeewelten YouTube channel.

Meeting Marc

Marc is well known in the German coffee community for his honest reviews, practical advice, and in-depth look at espresso machines, grinders, and coffee equipment for home baristas.

During our visit, we had the chance to introduce him to KUBO, talk about the philosophy behind the machine, and discuss some of the ideas that shaped its development.

It was a great opportunity to exchange thoughts with someone who shares a genuine passion for coffee and enjoys taking a deep dive into the equipment he reviews.

KUBO Goes into Testing

Rather than rushing to publish his impressions, Marc will now spend time with KUBO in his own setup, using it in everyday conditions before preparing a complete review.

This is something we really value, as it allows the machine to be experienced over time and provides thoughtful, real-world feedback.
