KUBO Production Update #6 – Final PCB Production Started

We’ve reached an important milestone in KUBO production.

After resolving the last component supply issue, the factory has confirmed that all required parts — including the SSR relays — are now available. With that, final PCB production has officially started.

The factory is now manufacturing the boards and will be shipping them to us in batches.

This is a key step, as it allows us to move from validation into final completion. Once the PCBs arrive at our warehouse, we will immediately begin installing them into the machines.

From assembly to shipping

At this point, all preorder machines are already assembled and ready, waiting only for the final PCB installation.

As boards arrive, machines will be completed and shipped progressively. To keep things fair and consistent, shipments will follow:

• Preorder order
• Serial number order

This means units will start leaving in waves as we finalize each batch.

Entering the final stage

With PCB production now underway, we are officially in the final stage of the process.

Once the boards are installed, the remaining steps are final checks, packaging, and shipping.

After a long development and production journey, everything is now converging towards delivery.
