1. Introduction

Thank you for shopping with us. This Shipping Policy outlines how and when your orders are processed, shipped, and delivered. Our goal is to provide a smooth and transparent delivery experience for every customer.


2. Order Processing Time

  • Accessory orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
    Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

  • Please note that KUBO Preorders follow a different processing timeline.
    If you are purchasing a KUBO machine, please refer to our Preorder Policy for specific details on production, fulfillment, and expected delivery windows.

  • If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. We appreciate your patience.


3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, Kafmasino shall determine the appropriate shipping method and transport company at its reasonable discretion. Delivery is usually carried out by a shipping service provider.

Europe Shipping 

  • Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days
  • Express Delivery (where available): 1–3 business days

International Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 7–20 business days, depending on your location
  • Customs delays may extend delivery times


4. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery address
  • Package weight
  • Selected shipping method

Promotional free-shipping offers (if active) are automatically applied at checkout.


5. Order Confirmation & Tracking

  • After placing your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email.
  • Once your order is shipped, a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking details will be sent.
  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.


6. Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues

Please ensure your address details are accurate when placing the order.

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses
  • Failed delivery attempts by the courier
  • Lost packages due to customer negligence

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipment charges.


7. Customs, Duties & Taxes (For International Orders)

International customers are responsible for any:

  • Customs fees
  • Import duties
  • Taxes these charges vary by country and are not included in the product or shipping price.

If you’re ordering from outside the Europe, please read this page to learn how you’ll likely pay a reduced import duty cost based on our commercial invoice. You are responsible for all import costs and duties.


8. Delayed or Lost Shipments

While delays are rare, courier-related issues may occasionally occur.

If your order seems delayed:

  1. Check the tracking number
  2. Contact the courier
  3. If unresolved, reach out to our support team — we are happy to assist


9. Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.
