What started as a conversation about coffee quickly turned into a deep dive into the story behind Kafmasino, from the earliest ideas to the machine we have today.

Over the years, many of you have followed the project through newsletters, production updates, social media posts, and behind-the-scenes content.

In this conversation with Kev, I had the chance to share the full story in one place.

We talked about how Kafmasino started, the challenges we faced during development, the lessons we learned along the way, and the philosophy that guided the project from the beginning.

It’s an honest conversation about the realities of bringing a product like KUBO to life and everything that happened between the first idea and the final machine.
