Koncentra:
Opting for this model promises heightened clarity and acidity compared to the Spiralo. We find it particularly favorable for milk-based drinks. Its enhanced clarity allows the unique flavors of the coffee to shine through, complementing the creamy texture of milk beverages.
Variable flow baskets:
These baskets has a increased acidity over previous patterns and a pattern that looks like a citrus fruit cut. Various sections within the coffee filter basket yield distinct nuances of acidity, sweetness, bitterness, and other flavor components. As water passes through the puck, it interacts with different coffee grounds, extracting diverse flavor profiles from each region.
