We’re committed to resolving your issue promptly and efficiently.
All our machines come with a 2 year official warranty.
Under warranty:
- Initial Contact: We offer support via email, chat, and YouTube videos. If your issue remains unresolved, we’ll arrange a personal video call with one of our representatives.
- Multilingual Support: Our support services are available in both English and Spanish.
- Repair Process:
- If the issue can be resolved by you, we’ll provide the necessary parts free of charge.
- if the problem requires professional repair, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label to return the machine to us. Once repaired, we’ll cover the return shipping costs.
- There are no charges for parts or labor.
- Shipping and Taxes:
- We cover shipping and taxes for machines located in Europe and the UK.
- For machines outside these regions (not including relocated machines), customers are responsible for taxes and any shipping costs beyond our 50% coverage for special international shipments.
- Warranty Terms:
- Our warranty is in addition from consumer rights provided by law.
- Instances of machine misuse void the warranty, and we reserve the right to cancel the warranty.
- Repair costs incurred due to machine misuse are not covered under warranty.
Not Under warranty:
- If a repair is needed that you can do, we will sell you the parts and help you make the repair yourself.
- If you need us to do the repair, you will need to pay for a non-warranty repair
